About
Hi, I'm Nicole.
I'm the bookkeeper behind D&G Elevated Solutions, based in California. I work with small business owners every month on QuickBooks Online, payroll, cleanup projects and the systems that keep it all running.
I'm also a mom running my own business, so I know how easily the books fall behind when life gets full. My job is to make them one thing you never have to think about, and to give you numbers you can make decisions with.
Questions
Good to know before we talk.
Do I need to be on QuickBooks Online?
QuickBooks Online is where I do my best work. If you're on something else or using spreadsheets, we can talk about moving you over during your review.
What counts as a transaction?
Each line on your bank and credit card statements: every deposit, purchase, transfer and fee. Most owners can estimate it by counting one month's statement lines.
My books are months behind. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We start with a one-time cleanup, quoted before any work begins, and then move you onto a monthly plan.
Do you file taxes?
No. I keep your books accurate and organized all year, then hand a clean package to your CPA or tax preparer at tax time. Don't have one? I work with an accountant I can refer you to.
